Horticulture Industry – Sydney, Australia. Innovative Leadership was contracted to facilitate an industry think-tank on the future impact of mechanisation and robotics in the Australian Horticulture Industry. This project also includes a Scenario Planning workshop to explore preferred industry futures.
University of Idaho, USA. Innovative Leadership assisted the University of Idaho with a strategic redesign of its Outreach and Engagement functions. This work included major planning workshops and realignment of organizational focus and priorities.
