Future Planning Workshops – West Cork, Ireland. These workshops, built around ‘The Futures Game’, aim to help local communities and organisations explore future decision making in the West Cork region of Ireland
Regional Scenario Planning – Alberta Canada. Innovative Leadership recently lead a Scenario Planning process in Medicine Hat, Alberta. This planning work explored a range of plausible futures for this region.
Horizons Program - Idaho, USA. During 2009, Innovative Leadership led some 14 community visioning session across southern Idaho as part of the Horizons Program. These town-hall style meetings engaged over 2000 people in powerful discussions about their community future.
