Innovative Leadership has commenced working in Ireland. In collaboration with the West Cork Development Partnership, Innovative Leadership recently ran a series of workshops across the West Cork region. These workshops focussed on community and regional planning approaches.

Study tour to IRELAND, 2011
Innovative Leadership is organising a study tour which will explore fascinating regional initiatives in Ireland – from the southern West Cork region to the northern Dublin and Belfast regions. The tour, planned for 2011, will focus on regional strategies of:
Creating and fostering entrepreneurial industry networks and partnerships.
Regional branding - turning local agricultural produce and character into a food and tourism experience.
The tour will provide an in-depth learning experience, with the opportunity to learn first hand how the regional revitalization is occurring. The itinerary will include site visits, discussions with local leaders and detailed insights into the regional program design and function.
