Small Town, NC – Embracing Change, Taking Charge Conference
This conference, organized by the Rural Center North Carolina, was held in North Raleigh, North Carolina, USA in November 2005. It attracted over 600 people, and was held over two days. David Beurle was the keynote dinner speaker and delivered a conference wrap-up.
