"We were a community that had many groups working hard with great intentions for improvement and growth, but it seemed we were getting nowhere. Innovative Leadership offered us a way to direct those efforts toward common goals. Now we have a united community with common interests that are working together, sharing resources and creating the building blocks for our ideal community vision."
