Juliet Fox

Juliet Fox joined Innovative Leadership USA in 2009 and is playing a key role in building the company in North America, with a particular role to build the range of products and approaches that allow communities and organizations to better deal with a rapidly changing world.

Juliet has over twenty years of experience in strategic planning, leadership coaching, engaged consensus building, economic feasibility efforts and as a skilled presenter. Her work has engaged change seekers organizations such as government (including local, state and federal), K-12 and higher education, business, communities, and advocacy groups. She has spent 10 years teaching technology systems, media, and social systems courses at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and overseas. Juliet offers considerable expertise on the future impacts of technology and aiding organizations to develop the skills needed to understand and prepare for global change.

Juliet was chosen as a Bush Leadership Fellow to work with communities to prepare for the effects of globally and technologically changing environments. Inspired by her work as a fellow, Juliet volunteers as the Executive Director for the Visioning Dunn County initiative for engaged citizen community development. (www.dunnvision.org) She has also served her community for two terms as a Dunn County Board Supervisor and continues as the Chair of the Dunn County Board of Adjustments. This effort was recognized by The Case Foundation “Make It Your Own Awards” and chosen as the top 20 USA nationally for exemplary community engaged efforts.

Juliet has studied Dialogue, Deliberation and Public Engagement from Fielding Graduate University in collaboration with the International Institute for Sustained Dialogue, the Kettering Foundation, and the Public Dialogue Consortium. Juliet has a B.S in Business Administration, an M.S. and a doctorial candidate in Human and Organizational Systems, with a concentration in Information Societies and Knowledge Organizations, through Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.
