Led by David Beurle, ILA provides hands-on services and approaches, from community economic development projects through to speaking engagements, entrepreneurial development and leadership programs. We work in a catalytic and holistic fashion, to ensure all the critical elements in a community or region are working together to create a prosperous and vibrant future.
Each year ILA works with many thousands of people in the USA and Australia from major regional centres to small remote rural communities. Our work covers a similarly wide range of community sectors; from Indigenous groups to large main-stream organisations; from youth in schools to community leaders; from non-profit groups to business leaders.
